A small firm, on purpose.
Who we are, why we stay small, and what that buys our clients.
space8 was founded in Lausanne by engineers who kept seeing the same pattern: a model that worked well in the demo and needed substantial additional work before it could run as part of a client's operation. The gap was rarely the mathematics. It was the pipelines, the monitoring, and the audit trail around it.
We build the complete system as the job itself, for institutions where the cost of being wrong is regulatory. Banks, hospitals, and insurers need to account for every prediction a system makes.
We stay small so that communication stays direct. Every engagement is carried out by the engineers who build the system, and the documentation we hand over reflects what was actually built and tested.
