How we work
Everyone builds
There are no pure architects and no pure managers. The person who designs the system works in the repository as well.
Small teams
Two or three engineers per engagement. Decisions are made with the client in the room, and the reasoning is written down.
Results as measured
Evaluation results are reported as they are. Where a system falls short of the target, that is stated in the report.
Lausanne, mostly
On site with clients when the work requires it, from Lausanne otherwise. Remote weeks are normal; the handover is done in person.
Open roles
No cover letter. Send the system you are proudest of, and two paragraphs on what broke in production and what you did about it.
