Architecture & advisory
Sometimes the correct deliverable is the document that stops a project.
An independent review of the plan that tests feasibility on your actual data, states the cost plainly, and puts the risks in writing. We are as content to recommend against building as to recommend ourselves; the assessment is priced so that it owes us nothing.
When to call us
- You are about to sign a vendor contract and want one disinterested opinion first.
- The board is asking why this cannot simply be an API call to a model provider.
- A project is eighteen months in, and nothing has shipped.
What lands on your side
- Feasibility assessed on your data, not on the vendor’s slides
- A costed roadmap your team owns at the end
- Architecture review of an existing or proposed system
- A second opinion under NDA, in writing
The line we hold
Advice is independent of any build. If the assessment says stop, we do not profit from it continuing.
- Typical engagement
- Fixed fee, agreed up front
- How long
- 1–3 weeks
- What you keep
- A written assessment you can hand to someone else
Get the assessment before the contract.
One paragraph on the plan under review is enough. Fixed fee, agreed up front, under NDA on request.
